There are many ways in which Parallel HR can save your company money. For instance, we have helped our clients’ reduce their overtime bills, sickness absences and staff turnover through better management. We’ve handled matters professionally so employment tribunals and lawyer’s fees have been avoided. We have also saved on hidden costs, like management time; time that could be better spent by bringing in new business.

While we won’t compromise on our service or advice, we do make sure our fees are affordable, whatever size your business.

Terms and conditions

Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t believe in tying you into long contracts. We are happy to work on an adhoc basis.

If a monthly retainer would suit you better, we would set up an initial 12 month contract.  Once that 12 months has been completed, you can give us just one month’s notice to end the contract. We want you to stay with us because you believe we are doing a good job, not because you feel forced to.

We don’t believe in nasty surprises. Our agreement will set out clearly our charges and our policy on extras, such as travel costs. If you want to tag anything extra onto the agreement, that’s not a problem. We will give you a quote so you know what to budget before deciding whether to go ahead.

Our aim

We know that you may not yet be ready to employ your own HR Manager. However, you may still need expert advice from time to time. We aim to work alongside your business to give you good quality, HR advice at a price your business can afford.
